Planning geography
New York City and New York State intrastate.
The initial planning focus is NYC and NYS intrastate transportation. Interstate transportation is not included initially. Review the planned service area with the service summaries.
Planning conversation
Share the outline, not personal data.
Organizations may share high-level planning information such as anticipated transportation needs, general service requirements, accessibility planning considerations, anticipated trip types, projected geography, procurement timelines, and future contracting-process questions. Do not submit student-identifying, medical, or other sensitive personal information.

Accessibility & safety planning
Readiness comes before service.
Accessible and special-needs transportation is part of planned service development. Safety and readiness are planning frameworks that consider vehicle compliance, driver qualification, student safety, accessibility, regulatory readiness, and emergency preparedness.
This is not an implemented-program claim. HFT does not currently own or operate an accessible fleet. For deeper planning context, read Safety & Compliance.

HFT is an assumed name of Disgruntled Outpost LLC, which is SBA-certified SDVOSB and VOSB.
That certification does NOT equal transportation authority, NYSDOT approval, NYCPS/OPT approval, PASSPort approval, contract award, route award, or current operating availability.
