A plain-language overview of information shared through the Home Front Transit website.
Information you choose to send
Contact and business inquiry forms are intended to collect information such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, inquiry type, anticipated need, timeframe, and message when the form service is available. Please do not submit sensitive student, medical, IEP, Social Security, payment, or other confidential personal information. The form endpoint uses server-side validation, a short-lived in-memory rate limit, and a hidden spam trap; transient rate-limit state uses request network information only to reduce automated abuse and is not added to the inquiry email.
How it is used
If information is transmitted when the form service is available, it is used to review and respond to the inquiry. Contact information is not presented as a reservation, service commitment, contract, quote, or confirmation of availability.
Email delivery
Website forms are intended to send submitted information to support@homefronttransit.com through the site's hosted email service. The email address provided may be used as the reply-to address so Home Front Transit can respond. Form delivery is currently unavailable while the form service is not configured; submissions are not transmitted when the service is unavailable. Service providers
Service providers. Home Front Transit operates this website using hosting, email-delivery, and related operational services provided by third-party service providers. Provider-side logs, records, and retention practices are subject to the applicable provider configurations and policies.
Storage and retention
Storage and retention. HFT's application code does not store inquiry submissions in a database. Temporary in-memory state may be used for rate limiting and is not intended to serve as an inquiry record. HFT has not adopted a fixed retention period for website inquiry information.
Analytics
Analytics. Analytics is not currently active on this site. If HFT enables analytics, form-delivery, or another service that processes visitor personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe that processing before or when the service is activated, as appropriate.

HFT will review privacy inquiries based on the request, applicable law, and the company's role in the relevant processing. Contacting HFT does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. Nothing in this contact process limits any rights that may apply under applicable law.
